Job Description
Dapper Shoes Co. seeks a full-time Retail Salesperson to oversee in-store operations, cash handling, inventory and shelf-life control, visual merchandising, and protection of store assets. The role requires driving sales targets and diplomatically resolving customer concerns.
- Location: Old Delhi (in-person; reliable commute or relocation required)
- Salary: ₹18,00–₹22,00/month plus leave encashment
- Experience: 2–5 years in luxury retail, food retail, or hospitality (minimum 3 years total)
- Skills: strong customer service, excellent organization, execution-focused, fluent in English and Hindi
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred
