Job Description
ORRA is hiring Retail Sales Officers for counter/inside sales across Pan India. You will evaluate customer needs, drive conversions, showcase new designs, schemes, and offers, support local promotions with Relationship Executives, assist the Store Manager with try‑at‑home services, follow up with prospects, make customer visits to close sales, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year of jewelry sales experience, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, proven sales performance, attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility including weekends.
- Employment: full‑time permanent; salary ₹18,00–₹40,00; benefits include health & life insurance, provident fund, and paid leave.
