Job Description
The Retail Sales Executive delivers exceptional customer service, meets sales targets, and upholds store standards. Key duties include greeting customers, assessing needs, demonstrating product features and pricing, upselling and cross-selling, processing cash/card/digital payments, maintaining displays and stock, resolving inquiries and complaints, and adhering to SOPs and grooming standards.
- Requirements: minimum 3 years retail experience; strong communication, customer focus, sales and negotiation skills; basic POS/computer knowledge; flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Employment: full-time in Calicut. Compensation: ₹20,00–₹30,00/month plus health insurance, provident fund, and leave encashment.
