Job Description
Hire4Biz seeks a full-time, in-person Retail Sales Executive to foster strong customer relationships, meet sales targets, and provide personalized service in our jewelry store. Key duties include advising clients on diamond 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, carat), managing inventory and visual displays, handling POS transactions, participating in promotions, and preparing sales reports.
- Requirements: Minimum 1 year of jewelry experience; solid diamond knowledge; excellent communication and presentation skills; CRM familiarity; strong attention to detail and integrity; availability for flexible hours.
- Compensation: ₹25,00–₹35,00 per month.
