Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor to manage daily store operations across multiple locations, uphold merchandising standards, and drive sales performance.
- Supervise and mentor staff, prepare schedules, and promote professional development.
- Oversee inventory control, loss prevention, and POS/inventory system accuracy.
- Implement company policies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Monitor basic financial metrics to support sales growth and profitability.
