Job Description:

  • The Product Manager for Parts & Filters is responsible for the growth and competitiveness of our aftermarket portfolio.
  • This role focuses on identifying market opportunities, managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and executing marketing strategies that drive sales across distribution and retail channels.
  • You will serve as the commercial lead, ensuring our products are technically sound, competitively priced, and highly visible in the market.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure the portfolio meets profitability and sales volume targets across distribution and retail channels.
  • Build and execute a multi-year product roadmap; lead New Product Introductions (NPI) from sourcing to launch.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to launch the products.
