Job Description
Are you enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service? We invite you to apply for the full-time position of Restaurant Hostess at Roastown Global Grill. This role requires availability from 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM, including weekends, with weekdays off.
Your key responsibilities will entail:
- Warmly greeting guests and managing waiting lists.
- Providing menus and addressing initial inquiries.
- Seating guests and overseeing table assignments.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and effectively resolving complaints.
- Handling reservations and managing phone inquiries.
The salary for this position ranges from ₹15,00.00 to ₹18,00.00 per month.
Ideal candidates will possess a diploma and at least 1 year of experience in guest services and relations.
