Job Description
Join Roastown Global Grill as a Restaurant Captain! In this role, you will greet and welcome guests, manage their dining experience, and ensure they receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include explaining menu items, answering ingredient inquiries, serving food and beverages, presenting bills, and addressing any guest complaints or requests.
This is a full-time position based in Thrissur, Kerala, offering a salary between ₹20,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month. Candidates with a diploma and a total of 5 years experience in team management, guest relations, and complaint handling are preferred. Proficiency in English is highly valued.
