Job Description
FRESH CATCH BY FRANCIS seeks a polished and professional Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate Silver Service expertise, confident guest engagement, precise order taking, stewardship oversight, and the ability to maintain seamless service operations in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Employment: Full-time, Permanent; Freshers with relevant training encouraged
- Preferred: Prior fine-dining or Silver Service exposure
- Compensation: ₹14,00–₹25,00/month; food provided
- Location: In-person at our restaurant
