Job Description

Join GE-TEK ELECTRONICS as a Resolution Coordinator! Your role will involve customer interaction, issue analysis, and collaboration with multiple departments to address customer complaints and inquiries. You will manage escalations, develop solutions, and keep customers updated on their issues while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. This is a full-time position for freshers and those with up to 1 year of experience, offering a monthly pay between ₹11,66.74 – ₹17,752.21.
