Job Description
We are seeking a professional Residences Concierge to provide exemplary service in a luxury residential property. Duties include greeting residents and guests, coordinating deliveries and maintenance, managing reservations and local services, handling inquiries, and upholding building security protocols.
- Requirements: prior concierge or hospitality experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with property management systems, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible schedule and proficiency in English are required; additional languages are a plus.
