Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Reservations Executive to manage bookings, guest inquiries, and reservation systems. You will handle phone, email, and online reservations; ensure accuracy of guest information; coordinate room allocation; process payments; and resolve client issues promptly.
- Maintain PMS or reservation software and ensure attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and timely problem resolution.
- Work flexibly across shifts in a customer-focused, organized manner.
Qualifications: 1–2 years’ experience in hospitality or travel reservations preferred; excellent communication skills in English required; additional languages are a plus.
