We seek a detail-oriented Reservations Officer to maximize room revenue and deliver efficient, courteous reservation services. Responsibilities include managing the Opera reservations system, updating rates and availability, creating and maintaining group masters, reconfirming arrivals, monitoring allotments, coordinating with Sales and Front Office, and preparing daily correspondence and reports. The role requires accurate guest history maintenance and prompt handling of no-shows and special requests.
- Qualifications: Degree in Hotel Management and prior reservations experience.
- Skills: strong communication, attention to detail, revenue awareness, and familiarity with PMS/Opera preferred.
