Job Description
We are seeking a Reservation Supervisor to lead the reservations team, optimize booking processes, and maintain exceptional guest service standards.
- Manage daily reservation operations, monitor inventory and rate parity, and resolve guest concerns.
- Coach and train staff, implement best practices, and produce regular performance reports and KPIs.
- Requirements: minimum 3 years in hotel reservations, proficient with PMS and CRS systems, strong computer skills, proven leadership experience, and fluency in English.
