Job Description

We are seeking a female Reservation Executive (caller assistant) to manage incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries at our Adimali office. The role involves providing villa information and rates, recording bookings, following up with guests, and assisting the team with daily updates.

• Hours: 9:30 AM–5:00 PM, full-time, on-site, permanent
• Requirements: female candidates only; fluent in Malayalam and English; strong communication; basic phone and computer skills
• Preference given to candidates based near Adimali
• Salary: ₹10,00–12,00 + incentives (pay from ₹12,00/month)
