Job Description
Team D2V invites applications for a proactive, customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage hotel bookings and guest communications.
- Responsibilities: process reservations via phone, WhatsApp, email, OTAs and website; coordinate with hotel managers and front office; maintain booking records and daily reports; resolve guest queries; respond to occasional emergency late-night calls.
- Requirements: 1–2 years in reservations, front office or hospitality preferred; fluent English and Malayalam; familiarity with Booking.com, Agoda or similar systems; proven ability to multitask under pressure.
- Details: full-time role based in Kochi (relocation considered). Compensation ₹15,00–₹20,00/month plus incentives, flexible schedule and advancement opportunities within a rapidly expanding hotel group.
