Job Description
Skylar Seaview Beach Resort is looking for a highly motivated Reservation Executive to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will ensure seamless booking experiences while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee reservations through multiple channels.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure room readiness.
- Promote additional services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Effectively resolve reservation-related issues.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, hospitality experience is an advantage, familiarity with reservation software, and excellent English communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
