Sarovar Hotels Pvt. Ltd, a leading name in Institutional Hospitality, is on the lookout for a dedicated Reservation Executive to elevate our guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Efficiently manage reservation inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Keep detailed and updated records of bookings and guest profiles.
- Collaborate with front office and sales teams regarding room availability and pricing.
- Promote and upsell rooms and services to enhance revenue potential.
- Quickly address guest inquiries and resolve any booking-related concerns.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Up to ₹25,00.00 per month
