Job Title: Flight Reservation Executive

- Handle domestic & international flight bookings
- Manage ticket issuance, changes, and cancellations
- Assist with hotel bookings and travel-related appointments
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain booking records and basic documentation
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of flight booking / travel industry preferred
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Attention to detail
