Job Description
Job Summary: The Reservation Executive at BLANKET RESORT is responsible for managing reservation inquiries with efficiency, aiming to optimize occupancy rates and revenue while providing exceptional service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls and emails from guests and travel agents.
- Manage reservations using the Property Management System.
- Promote and upsell room types and additional services.
- Confirm reservations and process modifications as needed.
- Generate daily reports on reservation activity.
Requirements: A Hospitality Diploma along with 1-2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in reservation software is required.
Job Type: Permanent | Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,039.85/month | Location: In-person
