Job Description
THE RAVIZ HOTELS & RESORTS is currently looking for a committed Reservation Coordinator with a minimum of one year of experience in reservations. This vital role involves managing reservation requests from our Sales Team and external travel agents through various communication channels, including phone and email. You will be responsible for accurately processing bookings, ensuring real-time updates on room availability, and contributing to our sales objectives.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and proficiency in reservation systems. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹20,00.00, along with benefits that include meal provisions and health insurance.
