Job Description
BASF Chemicals India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an exceptional Research Chemist to enhance our research team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the synthesis and scale-up of organic molecules, meticulous planning of retrosynthesis, and process optimization aimed at developing advanced intermediates and finished products.
Key responsibilities include designing and documenting experimental procedures, preparing technical transfer documents, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, all while strictly adhering to BASF’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Human Resources (HR) policies.
