Job Description
Ideal Crew Technology is seeking a Research Associate to join our Formulation team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing formulations for solid oral dosage forms, such as tablets and capsules. Your key tasks will include conducting pre-formulation studies, performing stability tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
This full-time, permanent position is based in Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra, offering a competitive annual salary ranging from ₹300,00.00 to ₹500,00.00, along with comprehensive benefits.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The candidate should be willing to travel 75% of the time, and this position requires in-person work.
