Job Description
PradeepIT Consulting Services is actively seeking a talented Remedy Admin Expert to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the BMC Remedy system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system availability, providing operational support, and executing necessary developments to align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading architectural design initiatives, developing customized applications, managing system performance and security, as well as mentoring a team of Remedy professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field, accompanied by 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Remedy administration.
