Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing loan clients per the business plan.
- Maintaining strict credit discipline with zero defaults.
- Monitoring loan portfolios and conducting regular checks.
- Understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Applicants should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in the BFSI domain.
