Job Description
Relationship Officer, Aditya Birla Capital (Axis Bank Relationship, Bahadurgarh/Rewari). Reports to Cluster Manager. Drive life insurance business through Axis Bank branches by building and managing partner relationships, ensuring product penetration, and achieving sales, revenue and persistency targets. Train and support bank staff, ensure IRDAI and regulatory compliance, and monitor partner performance to resolve issues. Requirements: 0–4 years experience in sales, bancassurance or financial services; good knowledge of equity and financial products; excellent communication and relationship skills. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
