Job Description
We are NJ India Invest, currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Regional Operations Manager. The primary responsibilities include ensuring system availability at all branches, evaluating CRO performance, and providing induction, training, and support to the CRO and team. You will also manage external communications, monitor day-to-day activities, and resolve escalated issues, ensuring uniform processes across branches.
In addition, the secondary role involves regular team meetings, infrastructure reviews, supporting sales, assisting partners, and coordinating with the Head Office.
Ideal candidates should have 36 months of experience, hold an M.COM, MBA/PGDM degree, and should be male.
