Job Description
NJ India Invest is looking for a committed Regional Operations professional to oversee the functionality of systems across all branches for daily operations. Key responsibilities include evaluating the performance of Chief Regional Operations (CRO), providing induction and training for team members, and managing external relationships with partners such as RTA/AMC. Additionally, you will monitor team performance, resolve escalated issues, and ensure that all branches operate uniformly.
As a secondary focus, you will conduct regular team meetings, assess branch infrastructure, support sales initiatives, assist partners, and coordinate with the head office.
Experience: 36 months; Qualification: M.COM, MBA/PGDM; Location: Chennai; Preferred Gender: Male; Area of Expertise: Team Management; Function: Operations.
