Job Description
Hewlett Packard is looking for a skilled Regional Legal Counsel to address various business challenges using your legal expertise. The successful candidate will provide sound legal advice, support commercial transactions, and assist in creating legal awareness training programs. You will evaluate local legal issues and provide insights in accordance with established protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Offer legal insights that influence client decision-making.
- Support commercial transactions through contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
- Create and deliver legal awareness training for clients.
- Assess and resolve standard local legal concerns.
Requirements: An advanced law degree, 2-6 years of relevant experience, knowledge of local laws, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in English is preferred.
