Job Description
Captain Clean India Private Limited is inviting applications for the position of Regional Field Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for actively sourcing, engaging, and recruiting top-tier talent by attending job fairs and networking events. Your principal duties will include on-site candidate sourcing, building relationships with local businesses, and conducting interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
We seek candidates with at least a Higher Secondary qualification and preferably one year of recruiting experience. Proficiency in English is advantageous. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month, requiring morning shifts.
