Job Description

Shanthi Feeds Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Officer with solid knowledge of recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or a related field.

Key requirements include experience in hiring personnel from labor to top officials and a minimum educational qualification of UG/PG with an MBA in HR or equivalent.

This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of ₹15,00 to ₹25,00, plus benefits including a provident fund and yearly bonus.
