Job Description
We seek a proactive Recruitment Executive to manage full-cycle hiring. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via job boards and sourcing tools, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining applicant tracking, building talent pipelines, managing job postings, negotiating offers, and reporting recruitment metrics.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, familiarity with sourcing platforms, and basic knowledge of employment law. Ability to work confidentially in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams is essential. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
