Job Description
SANCRAFT INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a committed Recruiter to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing our comprehensive recruiting strategy, crafting precise job descriptions, and conducting interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and experience. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through various platforms to successfully onboarding new employees.
This position is full-time and permanent, ideal for recent graduates, with a competitive salary ranging from ₹18,086.00 to ₹69,804.59 per month. Benefits include a Provident Fund, a day shift schedule, and annual bonus opportunities. Proficiency in English is preferred.
