Job Description
Kpn Farm Fresh Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Field Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing new employees to help meet our recruiting goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify candidates through social media and job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
- Negotiate job offers and compensation.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Represent the company at job fairs.

Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
