Job Description

Are you a skilled recruiter with a passion for Engineering, Aerospace, and Defense sectors? Flexi Sourcing Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in Engineering/Aerospace/Defense. Excellent resume sourcing and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, attract applicants, source resumes, interview candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate onboarding processes.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹300,00.00 – ₹400,00.00 per year
