Job Description
INSPIRA BUILDERS is seeking a proactive and experienced End-to-End Recruiter to join our growing team. Your responsibilities will include sourcing potential candidates from various online channels, conducting end-to-end recruitment, and overseeing staff induction and attendance.
Requirements:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Minimum 1 year of management experience in recruitment
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
- Knowledge of administrative activities and internal control policies
- Preferred recruitment experience in consultancy
