Job Description
We are seeking a Recruiter cum Admin with over 1 year of work experience to join our consulting firm located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Job Description:
* Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
* Draft job descriptions, review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
* Work with recruitment agencies to attract top talent, specifically for Company Secretary roles.
* Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics.
* Perform reference checks and assist with salary negotiations.
* Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and office administration.
Salary up to ₹30,00 per month (negotiable).
