Job Description
Continental Mercantile Corporation PVT. LTD. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will take charge of sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various overseas job opportunities, while effectively coordinating with sub-agents, clients, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and source candidates, conduct screenings and evaluations, manage interview coordination, and oversee documentation processes.
Requirements: 1–3 years of recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and proficient computer knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹30,00/month | Work Location: In-person
