Job Description
Xindo Window is on the lookout for a proactive and professional Receptionist to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, warmly greeting and directing visitors, and efficiently handling phone calls. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and communication.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and maintaining office organization.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month, along with benefits including a Provident Fund.
