Job Description
Whitemagic Fashions seeks a professional Front Desk Receptionist to represent our brand at the Toni&Guy Thiruvalla salon. Immediate start.
- Welcome clients, manage appointments and walk-ins, maintain CRM and client records.
- Coordinate with stylists, handle phone inquiries, billing and payments, and maintain an organized front desk.
- Support customer feedback and ensure a polished client experience.
Requirements: 6–12 months front desk or customer service experience (salon or hospitality preferred), excellent communication, fluent in English and Hindi (Malayalam a plus), basic computer skills, punctual and well-groomed. Full-time, in person. Salary ₹15,00–₹20,00/month (depending on experience).
