Job Description
VIVO Kerala is looking for a dedicated and skilled Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a background in customer service paired with exceptional communication and time management abilities. Your role will involve managing customer inquiries, answering phone calls, and following up on customer cases efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Respond to customer phone inquiries
- Coordinate with Inventory for spare part requests
- Ensure refreshments are available for customers
Qualifications: A minimum of +2 or Diploma with over 1 year of experience in mobile service or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month
