Splash Gain Associates is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Executive to join our team in Cochin. In this role, you will manage the front desk, warmly welcoming clients and fostering a professional environment. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, directing calls, and efficiently scheduling appointments. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support and assist with HR coordination, ensuring the smooth operation of our office while maintaining visitor logs and security protocols.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, with a background in customer service being preferred. Proficiency in English and Malayalam is essential, while fluency in Hindi is a valuable asset. Previous front-office experience is desirable.
