Job Description

Responsibilities: greet visitors, answer and forward calls, maintain a tidy reception with necessary stationery, provide accurate information in person/phone/email, sort and distribute mail, control access and monitor visitor logbook, order supplies, update calendars, arrange travel and accommodations, track office expenses, and perform clerical duties (filing, photocopying, transcribing).
