Job Description
Saroj Diagnostic Laboratory LLP is currently seeking a committed Receptionist to foster and enhance customer relationships. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first contact for customer inquiries.
- Respond to queries through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00/month
Schedule: Available shifts include Day, Evening, Morning, and Rotational.
