Job Description
Orbitol Intelligence Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a talented and professional Receptionist to deliver outstanding support and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and welcome visitors.
- Handle incoming phone calls and other communications.
- Maintain the reception area along with the visitor logbook.
- Coordinate meetings and offer administrative assistance.
- Efficiently manage courier and mail deliveries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.
