This position is opened in connection with the launch of our second office at Thevara, Kochi.

Location: Thevara, Kochi

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary – INR 13,00/ Month

Travel & Allowance

  • Daily travel travel allowance in addition to the salary

Preferred Profile:

  • Female candidates only
  • Age between 28 to 40 years
  • Residing in or near Kochi
  • Fluent in English & Hindi (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Pleasant personality with a professional attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and handling incoming calls professionally
  • Customer enquiry handling & lead follow-ups
  • Front office management and client coordination
  • Assisting walk-in customers with basic guidance
  • Coordinating daily operations with Directors & team
  • Maintaining call records, follow-ups, and basic office coordination

Experience:

  • Prior customer care / front office / call-handling experience preferred
  • Training will be provided
  • Bachelor Degree

Front Office & Client Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for all walk-in clients, visitors, and enquiries
  • Greet clients courteously, understand their requirements, and guide them appropriately
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front office at all times
  • Ensure client comfort and uphold the company’s professional image

Call Handling & Customer Communication

  • Attend all incoming and outgoing calls professionally in English and Hindi
  • Handle customer enquiries related to education and migration services with clarity
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate call-backs when required
  • Ensure no calls or enquiries are missed during working hours

Lead Handling & Follow-up

  • Record all enquiries accurately in call logs, enquiry registers, or CRM sheets
  • Conduct timely follow-up calls to prospective clients as instructed
  • Track lead status and update the concerned team or Directors regularly
  • Support conversion efforts through consistent and polite follow-ups

Daily Operations & Coordination

  • Assist in the smooth functioning of daily office operations
  • Coordinate closely with Directors regarding appointments, meetings, and priorities
  • Communicate internal instructions and updates clearly to the team
  • Support operational discipline and ensure office readiness during business hours

Administrative & Office Support

  • Maintain enquiry records, visitor logs, and basic documentation
  • Assist with data entry, email coordination, and file management
  • Prepare simple daily reports such as enquiry summary and follow-up status
  • Ensure availability of front desk materials and basic stationery

Professional Conduct & Compliance

  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information
  • Demonstrate a mature, calm, and customer-friendly approach at all times
  • Maintain professional appearance, communication, and punctuality
  • Follow company policies, office rules, and management instructions strictly
