Job Description
MSB Manserve Pvt Ltd is looking for a reliable and proactive Receptionist cum Admin. Key responsibilities include:
- Front Desk Management: Welcome visitors, manage phone calls, and oversee an organized front desk atmosphere.
- Administrative Support: Handle staff applications, issue ID cards, and assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Coordination and Record Keeping: Maintain employee records and disseminate relevant information to various departments.
- General Office Support: Provide assistance to HR/Admin, manage mail services, and uphold confidentiality standards.
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed shift, with Sundays off).
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, dependent on experience.
Benefits: Provident Fund, day shift.
Work Location: In-person.
