Job Description
We are seeking a professional, full-time in-person Receptionist with 5–10 years of experience in a medical or clinical environment. Key responsibilities: welcoming patients and visitors; answering and directing phone inquiries; scheduling appointments to optimize provider and room utilization; notifying providers of arrivals and delays; comforting anxious patients; maintaining the reception area; filing and retrieving patient records; updating personal and financial information; responding to emergencies; and collaborating with medical and nursing staff to complete documentation. English proficiency preferred. Compensation: ₹15,00–₹16,00 per month.
