Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Receptionist and Telecaller. Candidates with prior experience are preferred. Fluency in Kannada and English is essential.
Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, generating sales through calls, and handling appointment scheduling.
- Manage incoming calls and client appointments.
- Guide clients to the clinic.
- Maintain records of conversations and sales.
- Collaborate with departments for client inquiries.
