Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our team in Delhi. This full-time position is open to candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience and a minimum of a 12th-grade education or equivalent degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome visitors and manage all incoming calls.
- Coordinate various office tasks while maintaining professionalism at the front desk.
- Make outbound calls to explain products and follow up with potential customers.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Basic computer proficiency with the ability to multitask effectively.
Salary: ₹8,00 – ₹15,00 per month, commensurate with experience, plus cell phone reimbursement benefits.
